The founder of Sights On Success Professional Development Solutions is Dr. Lisa A. Burrell.  Dr. Burrell is a former educator who has worked for over 15 years in corporate America.  She has worked successfully with students at the elementary, middle, high and college levels.  She has refocused her energy on her love of training and staff development.  She believes all people can learn to implement change and implement new and creative strategies if challenged to do so in a supportive environment.
